Lara looks like finally eased WI's to victory.  40 odd in the same amount of balls.  You guy's thoughts on Lara looking at the big picture from here on to the WC.

Just on the WI side as a whole, there is tremendous talent and potential in this side. What they are lacking a good captain and coach to make these players realize their talent. Bravo, Gayle, Sarwan, Ramdin and Samuels are potential match winners. However, they are too inconsistent for whatever reason. It is really sad to watch this as a cricket fan.

Rams,
Lara is a proven matchwinner - IMO, he is gonna be extremely dangerous in WC since he knows this is his last hurrah - Other teams watch out for his brilliance.

Looks like with Lara at the helm for one last time and all the names you metioned tells me we are up for a fight given they will be motivated with Lara back in the ODI team as well.  With Lara's maturity now with being 37 let us hope he will be the calming influence and set up one hell of a ODI series with us.

Agree with you,  Lara at his best probably is the best sight ever in cricket.  Let us hope he provides the fans lots of joy for one last time in the WC.

Not necessarily. As I said, they are an inconsistent bunch. So, don't know what to expect. they may give us a run for our money or fold meekly..... If at least 2-3 of Lara, Sarwan, Gayle, Ramdin, Bravo, Samuels play to their potential, we will have one helluva series. However, I don't see it happening.
