if his food on AA flights to Delhi is anything to go by I would say that she should be thrown far far away.

Oh I have just given up on eating any Indian dish on those 14 hour flights (infact I avoid food at all except for the dry fruit with the drinks). I would not ever spend even a penny to eat at this restaurant.

She was very imaginative though with dishes like

Leek-a-tini
Leek pani puri
Quinoa kheer
Chana jor garam as a dessert

Ha ha .. my brother loved her restaurant.

Fusion appeals to very few. I am generally not a big fan of fusion but dont mind trying it once in a while.

To give him the benefit of the doubt ... the restaurant maybe better than the crap they give on the plane.
