foolish move by england to bring in KP

Totally agreed.   England are shooting themselves in the foot by bowling KP.

Batsmen playing too many dot-balls. If it is not there to be hit then at least look for placement and singles.

they are under huge pressure and troubled by short pitch bowling. clever tactic by England.  they deserve to win this one I feel.

England have done great at the end of 10th over.  It is a big ask now for India.
They should bring back their better players  - where are Sehwags, Uthappas when we need them the most?

Uthappa has done precious little lately to indicate that he'd have fared better. I'd like to see that Pandey guy in Indian colors

sure... he should have come earlier.  anyway this is a lost cause now.  Gambhir finally gets out.  Jadeja is not helping either by being in the middle.  he is not ready for international cricket yet - too many balls hitting his body.

but class does not disappear overnight - Uthappa has got great shots - he needed a confidence boot - but India are ignoring him causing more harm.

Pandey has great potential - I believe the Ranji team he plays for thinks he is their next big hope- but he is untested and is just too raw for now.

sending jadeja in so early was a huge mistake...

the dhoni bashers blame him when he scores at 120 SR...what now? raina, jadeja?

good point - dhoni bashers are clueless.
it should have been Uthappa - Raina and Jadeja don't hold a candle to him.

Just back.

How many balls did HS chuck today purposely.

Want an honest assessement. :)

Not from the people who seem to defend him for slapping SS being an opponent skipper the single most descpicable act seen is recent times.

Thankfully he is a pimp of SRT so he gets away with a free pass.  Anyway that is all for later time.

Getting back to the game England is in trouble as long as YS is there.   Let us see what happens.

Atleast MSD did not come in at 3.  I now know the gig.  When things are easy and calm he shows up like he did in all those practice games and Ireland match.  I still do not get it.   How can someone play at 3 in all the games and then when the Super 8's start let someone else occupy the difficult slot.  Can someone explain that to me.

Hussain is annoying and more English than English. Refering to Raina as 'son'  patronizingly ::)

Yes, I think he is under-estimating our players a bit. Typical English way!....poor Raina goes! :(

Lets not over react, Nasser was merely pointing out that he is going to get peppered with bouncers and he better learn to play it.
Hussain is particularly right about Indian top order not able to play short pitched bowling but that is uncalled for and most of the times he talks as if England is still the center of the universe

Agreed!  Badri is not bad for a test side - for T20?  should be Sehwag or Uthapp -
definitely not Raina o Jedeja - India got their team wrong - and they are getting what they deserve!

Poor captaincy.

Despite the wickets England should have gone with a pacer to bowl at YP and MSD both suspicious against quality seam at the start of their innings.

What the hell is wrong with Dhoni.

Why was RP not used for his full quota the purple cap from this editions IPL2 that helped the Gilly led DC win the cup. :)

I suppose it is not as bad as benching the best spinner in the side another DC player Oj. :P

The English are laying down.

Bunch of losers.

Can't even finish games in their own backyard.

No wonder the mighty Aussies with players like Gilly, Symmo and Haydos really owned them all these years.

Freakin losers show up atleast once.

too much to do at the end, the first 6 overs are the most crucial and we missed someone like sehwag here
