Well KP won two and AK won two as skipper of this team. I think with Van Merwe, they have found another limb sort of - since then, they have been a totally different team.

reserves are also there - steyn and bracken (soon)

but who do they drop now if these are to come in?

kallis - no
van merwe - no
boucher - no
du preez - maybe, depending on conditions

i think if you need bowling firepower it is fair to drop bouchie. du preez will play a few games from here but appanna is waiting when the pitch is right

but boucher has been one of their better bats ...i wouldnt get carried away by yesterday's batting show unless they do it a bit more consistently ...i suspect boucher will be needed down there more often than not.

i think goswami is a very handy batsman. so now they have 4 good batsmen who can keep wickets - goswami, boucher, UUU and dravid and im sure we might see all 4 playing in an 11 at some point !!!

bravo kumble.. this is the way to lead ateam.. his presence is enough

BUMP

:D :D ...what happened since then?

Has he stopped being merely present and started captaining?

BRC has now won 4 matches in 10 games. The captaincy records are as follows:

KP - 2/5
AK - 2/5
